I enjoyed using this Stunning Airfryer to create Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms and Vegetable Medley! They were just cooked to perfection and tasted so delicious. Here you go with the recipe!
Ingredients
For Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms:
- Baby Bella Mushrooms -10 ( washed clean and stem removed)
- Fresh Spinach – 2 cups (chopped fine)
- Garlic – 2 (chopped fine)
- Cream cheese – 1 8oz package
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top
- Breadcrumbs for sprinkling on top
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
For Vegetable Medley :
- Carrots – 1 bunch washed and peeled
- Asparagus – 1 bunch ends trimmed if tough
- Green beens- 1 packet trimmed at the ends
- A handful of peas
- Salt as per taste
- Freshly ground black pepper as per taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Method:
- In a pan, heat olive oil. Saute the spinach and garlic for 2-3 mins. Let the mixture cool completely.
- Add the cream cheese to the spinach mixture and mix well.
- Fill the mushrooms generously with the spinach filling. Spring ale some breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top. Set aside.
- Prep the veggies and season them with salt and pepper and drizzle some olive oil on top. Set aside.
- Set the function of first basket to Air Fry Function with temperature 375f for 15 mins. Set the second basket to Roast Function with temperature 400f for 17 minutes.
- Load the baskets with the prepared mushrooms and veggies.
- And press the start button.
- And watch as Smart Finish syncs them to FINISH AT THE SAME TIME.
