This is the recipe I created for Brockman! Their gin is infused and distilled with blackberries and blueberries which gives it its beautiful perfume and berry-flavor, and the almond in the botanicals adds to its smoothness. Their gin is the best I’ve ever tasted!

Now for the tart base, I’ve used a combination of almond flour and all-purpose flour. You could use just all purpose flour as well! The addition of Brockmans Gin in both tart base and the mousse filling enhances the overall taste of the dessert! And I must say that the gin pairs very well with chocolate!
